Here is an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich beobachte dieses Ph\u00e4nomen auch in einer gro\u00dfen Stadt in der N\u00e4he meiner Heimatstadt. <br>Ein Laufclub mit ambitionierten L\u00e4ufern erobert fast alle lokalen L\u00e4ufe und macht auch in den sozialen Medien von sich reden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es scheint, dass dieser Club immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer wird. Ihre sozialen Medien wachsen und die Zeiten der L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer, die Teil des Clubs sind, werden immer schneller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lauftreffs haben eine transformative Kraft.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Geist des Clubs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ehrgeizige L\u00e4ufer laufen gemeinsam schnell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sich gegenseitig anfeuern und unterst\u00fctzen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeitlimits f\u00fcr die Teilnahme. Du musst bei den 10 km als Mann unter 42 Minuten und als Frau unter 45 Minuten laufen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track Thursday als Teil der Kultur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie teilen ihre Laufgeschichten und Erfolge online und inspirieren so mehr Menschen, sich ihnen anzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Social Media Inhalte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie haben einen Instagram-Account, der mittlerweile etwa 10.000 Follower hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:rem\">Ihre Online-Pr\u00e4senz dient nicht nur der Selbstdarstellung, sondern auch als Motivationszentrum, das die Mitglieder dazu anspornt, sich weiterhin f\u00fcr den Sport zu engagieren.<br><br>Ob es darum geht, individuelle Erfolge und Leistungen zu teilen oder inspirierende Kurzvideos zu erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich denke, dass die Sichtbarkeit von L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufern in den sozialen Medien einen starken Einfluss auf ehrgeizige und flei\u00dfige L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer haben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lokale Laufhelden entstehen durch Online-Plattformen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich war einmal bei einem Marathonlauf in dieser Stadt und Leute aus diesem Club waren auch dabei. Ich war mit meiner Cousine dort, die auch eines ihrer Clubmitglieder kannte. Sie sagte zu mir: \"Oh, schau mal, da ist ... vom ... Club.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00f6tzlich f\u00fchlte es sich an, als w\u00fcrde ein Star an uns vorbeilaufen. Ich glaube, das liegt daran, dass du jemanden siehst, den du nur aus deinen t\u00e4glichen sozialen Medien kennst und nun zum ersten Mal in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit siehst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe den Eindruck, dass durch ihren Club lokale Laufhelden entstehen, die ihre Inhalte in den sozialen Medien ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00dcber Kultur und Markenbildung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie haben ein paar Rituale, die mit ihrer Kultur verbunden sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track Thursday (Gruppen-Intervalltraining auf der Rennbahn)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday Social Run in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Caf\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tragen von Markenkleidung: Kapuzenpulli, Laufunterhemd, Smartphone-Aufkleber, Flagge, die an den Renntagen geschwenkt wird<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anfeuerungszone mit lauter Musik bei Veranstaltungen f\u00fcr ihre Mitglieder <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was macht diesen Club erfolgreich?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Der Wunsch nach Anerkennung<\/strong><br>Flei\u00dfige L\u00e4ufer\/innen werden online anerkannt, erhalten Unterst\u00fctzung und sind extrinsisch motivierter zu trainieren. St\u00e4rkung des Engagements von L\u00e4ufern im Sport durch soziale Medien<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In der Clubhierarchie aufsteigen<\/strong><br>Die Leute schauen sich gegenseitig ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Bestleistungen an. Im Club entsteht eine Hierarchie der pers\u00f6nlichen Bestleistungen, in der die Mitglieder aufsteigen wollen und sich so gegenseitig zu immer besseren Leistungen motivieren<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Andere Menschen von au\u00dferhalb des Clubs inspirieren<\/strong><br>Menschen au\u00dferhalb des Clubs wollen dazugeh\u00f6ren und f\u00fchlen sich motiviert, zu trainieren, um die Zeitvorgaben zu erreichen. Aber nicht nur wegen des Elitegef\u00fchls, sondern auch, weil sie Teil der sozialen Gruppe sind. Sie berichten auch von gesellschaftlichen Ereignissen wie dem Ausgehen oder dem gemeinsamen Essen nach einem Rennen. Von au\u00dfen betrachtet, wirkt ihr Training (Track Thursday) eher wie eine Party mit Musik oder ein Social Media Event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coaches dienen als Vorbilder&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Anf\u00fchrer der Gruppe ist ein bekannter L\u00e4ufer aus der Unterschicht, der in den sozialen Medien ein gro\u00dfes Publikum hat. Er hat eine Laufschule in der Stadt und hat den Club gegr\u00fcndet. Zusammen mit einem anderen Trainer aus seiner Laufschule dient er als Vorbild f\u00fcr andere und ist sozusagen der Anf\u00fchrer der Gruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich glaube, dass auch seine Laufschule von der Aufmerksamkeit profitiert, die der Club bekommt. Die L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer sehen die Vereinsmitglieder bei lokalen Veranstaltungen und wollen die schnellen Zeiten, die sie laufen, nachmachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Geschichte spiegelt den enormen Einfluss der Gemeinschaft und der Nutzung von sozialen Medien in der Welt des Laufsports wider.
