Set default settings for sweat rate, fluid rate and drinking interval<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount of fluids and electrolytes varies for each race depending on the conditions. Calculate your race nutrition for every discipline<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Calculate the nutrition for pre-race, cycling and running. You can set a carbohydrate target in g\/h and the duration you&#8217;re aiming for in the discipline. Then you can choose the type of nutrition.
