United in Pace is a community, a culture and a way of life with running.

Those who pursue this sport not as a job or for living, but out of the relentless pursuit of the best version of themselves.
Years over years over years.

For others it seems that…

the effort and time involved are irrational.

Then why do we do it?
Sometimes it’s the feeling of flying.
Sometimes it’s just for bragging with personal bests.
Sometimes it’s about being out in nature and explore.
Sometimes it is the battle against competitors to show who is better. Sometimes it’s about a run with a good community.

Every training session, every competition, every moment of doubt and overcoming contributes to a deep inner satisfaction.
We do it because it teaches us to persevere, even when the going gets tough. Because it shows us that we can do more than we ever thought we could.


We run because we love it (and hate it at least a bit sometimes).

Running has a powerful force.
It can inspire people, challenge them and bring them together.

Everyone you see finish a race in a decent time has put in the hours of work.

THE NAME

UNITED emphasizes the idea of community.

It stands for runners working together towards their goals and supporting each other, regardless of their individual background or abilities.
Connecting runners around the globe.

PACE
We measure ourselves against the rate or speed of movement. The forward motion. We’re setting out the pace. With our impressive paces we inspire others and drive progress.

The name sends an inspirational message that encourages us to move forward together as part of a movement. It expresses the idea that through running we can not only become physically fit, but also create a strong community and a positive change in the world.

WHO CREATED THIS?

I am Jan from Germany, Osnabrück.

I started running in 2018 and looking back to 6 years of endurance training now. I’ve trained over 2000h. Run and cycled over 30,000km in the last 6 years. That’s a hell lot of volume for someone who works in a 40h+ 9 to 5 job I think.

In the years of training I learned a lot. I tried things, made mistakes and figured out what worked and didn’t worked. 

I read a lot of books, watched hundreds of videos and absorbed everything to push my performances. I never had someone that trained me. Everything is self taught.

Until now I took my personal bests to the following. But that’s not the end. I’m still learning and improving.
